−2Strong reject — out of scope / poor workReject

Key evaluation criteria

  • Originality & Novelty
  • Technical Soundness
  • Relevance to Conference Scope
  • Clarity of Presentation
  • Significance of Results

Final acceptance decisions are made by the Technical Program Chairs, based on reviewer feedback and recommendations.

Recommended Structure of a Technical Paper

A conference paper should contain the following sections:

  • Metadata — Title, keywords, abstract, and author affiliations.
  • Abstract — A concise and objective summary of the research, highlighting the problem, methodology, key findings, and contributions.
  • Introduction — Background, motivation, research objectives, hypothesis (if applicable), and a brief overview of related work.
  • Related Work (Literature Review) — Discussion of existing research relevant to the topic and identification of research gaps.
  • Methods (Research Methodology) — Detailed description of the methodology, experimental setup, algorithms, models, datasets, and evaluation procedures sufficient for reproducibility.
  • Results (and Future Work) — Presentation and analysis of experimental results, comparison with existing approaches, discussion of findings, limitations, and possible future work.
  • Conclusion — Summary of contributions, conclusions drawn from the results, and the significance of the work.
  • Acknowledgements (optional)
  • References — All cited references must be included and written in the English language.

Manuscript Scope

Papers should clearly articulate technical depth, quantitative analysis, and practical relevance, answering how and why the work represents a significant advancement.

Out of scope: purely qualitative papers — case studies, managerial impact without a technical basis, policy discussions, or economic models — will not be considered.

Types of Articles

  • Original Research Paper — a detailed manuscript covering new research findings with complete technical methodology, experimental validation, results, and novel scientific contributions.

Please note: review papers are not accepted through the regular Call for Papers. Only 1–2 invited review papers may be accepted, and only from distinguished keynote or plenary speakers.

After Acceptance

  • Final submission: upload the camera-ready version incorporating reviewer suggestions; revisions should be within 10% of the manuscript content.
  • Copyright transfer: required via electronic submission; authors are notified of the process link by email.
  • Proceedings: final versions are compiled into the peer-reviewed conference proceedings, subject to meeting the conference's scope and quality requirements.
  • The organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from the proceedings if it is not presented at the conference.

Authorship Guidelines

  • Co-authors: all authors must have contributed meaningfully; no author additions or removals are allowed post-acceptance unless approved.
  • Corresponding author: handles all submission-related communication and confirms that all co-authors have reviewed the manuscript.

Ethics & Integrity

  • All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using CrossCheck (iThenticate).
  • Authors must avoid duplicate submission, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism.

Additional Guidelines

  • Email communication: all updates are shared via email — please check your inbox, junk, and spam folders regularly.
